Accreditation

Why is accreditation important?

Reliability of results is the most important factor in choosing a laboratory.  If you're not getting accurate results and ethical information, then the cost of the test is probably going to outweigh the benefit.

Rocky Mountain Analytical is an accredited medical laboratory.  Accreditation means the College of Physicians and Surgeons reviews our analytic data on a regular basis, performs a physical inspection of our laboratory, and ensures that we comply with accepted laboratory policies.  The College of Physicians and Surgeons also ensures that we do not make unsupported claims regarding the meaning of test results, and that we only provide laboratory tests through regulated healthcare professionals.

Putting it plainly, Rocky Mountain Analytical is just as comfortable with telling clients when NOT to test as we are advising them about the benefits of a particular test.   Our goal is helping people, not selling tests.
