Healthcare professionals registered to practice in a Canadian province or territory may be eligible to register. To confirm eligibility, please contact Client Services.
Our pricing is specific to each test and the different panels available. Many healthcare providers choose to set their own pricing based on the full services they offer to support testing. For full pricing information, please log into drOPsite
Tests kits are available on our secure healthcare provider portal drOPsite®. Test kits may also be ordered by contacting our customer call centre at 1-866-370-5227
Test collection kits may be ordered via drOPsite
Email addresses, reporting methods and email preferences for healthcare provider accounts can be updated by accessing your profile on drOPsite ®.
All other information including address changes and adding a new clinic can be completed by contacting our customer care centre at 1-866-370-5227.
