Pomegranate juice has been found to help maintain blood sugar levels and boost your metabolism. This light, bubbly cocktail can be enjoyed both with spirits or spirit free this holiday season.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups pomegranate juice
- 1 1/2 cups lemon-flavored sparkling water
- 1/2 cup berry-flavored vodka or plain vodka
- Lemon rind strips (optional)
Instructions:
- Combine liquid ingredients in a pitcher.
- Pour 1/2 cup into ice-filled glass.
- Garnish with lemon rind strips, if desired.
